Chemo Finished
Hi all just finished 18 weeks of neoadjuvant chemotherapy! Now I'm waiting on a date to have my surgery for a double mastectomy and reconstruction, followed by 6 weeks of radiation. hi, just wanna ask if any of you have decided to stop medication after 5 years cancer free? I was on tamoxifen for 5 years & now have to take aromasin for another 5 years! I'm tired of it. I'm 55 yrs of age. My joints a aching. I'm also scared to stop. Any advice please.
