Just a thought.  I have moved to Sydney and looking for ways to connect with new friends.  If you live near me in Sydney and would like to go for a walk on a Wednesday or Thursday, let me know.  Are there  free groups, social groups, free exercise groups, yoga or pilates available near Rouse Hill or Stanhope Gardens?  Just curious.  Cheers from Bel.

Hi Bel, thanks for your post. We have a couple of options for you that may help you to connect in with some support and health and wellbeing services. There is a Member Group called Kellyville Breast Buddies right near Rouse Hill - the primary contact for this group is Tonya email dentonmer@**** or phone 0401858114. As for free health and wellbeing initiatives, Heart Foundation has organised Walking Groups you can join - http://walking.heartfoundation.org.au/walking/find-walk/?postcode=2155&state=&level=&speciality=#results. I have done a search by postcode so these groups should be operating in your area. I have had a look into Pinc Pilates in NSW here is a link including details of a group in Hornsby, these sessions may have cost associated -  http://www.pincandsteel.com/our-physios/find-a-physio/region/17. We also recommend you contact your local council for information about services in your area, here is the number for The Hills Shire Council 02 9843 0555. We hope this is a good starting point, if you have any further questions please contact communityprograms@bcna.org.au. Grace and Steph X
