Never goes away does it?
Good afternoon girls I have been thinking...the breast cancer journey never really ends does it? I sometimes count myself lucky that my cancer journey, which started 12 months ago, didn't involve any chemo or radiotherapy but i did have 5 surgeries (2 minor ones, then the mastectomy/reconstruction and then 2 follow-up…

Nourishing Knowledge Blog Post Five: Sizing up our food
Image source: myhealthoc.org Over the years, the ‘regular’ meal and drink sizes and suggested serve sizes on many food packets have increased and have often surpassed what’s recommended. Day 8 - after round four. Getting battle weary now.....tired of the ups and downs, tired of what you do to my mind and emotions. Quirky things after BC........
After reading about the cold & flu season which is racing up on us once more I thought I might share this odd occurrence. Cancer detection dog
I don't know if I have said so before but I do remember my male dog sniffing around my left breast a while before I had cancer confirmed by the doctor. I just thought he was being a bit of a sticky beak and gave him a cuddle. Yesterday I had just taken my lymphedema sleeve off and was putting his lead on for a walk when he…
