A Question of Travelling long haul
After being diagnosed August 2021, I have completed chemotherapy, 3 lumpectomies with 3 lymph nodes removed, radiotherapy and I started zoladex and letrazole last month. We flew to Adelaide from Sydney to see my husband's family last weekend and I wore a pressure band on my arm to prevent lymphoedema and apart from a few…

Is it possible, that living with him and enduring so much emotional hurt has contributed to my BC diagnosis? I believe emotions and trauma play a big part in illnesses, especially cancers. It might not be the sole reason,…

Dark Humour is good for your health...
I joke around when I'm going through hard times, its just the person I am. I have a dark and quirky sense of humour that can leave some people perplexed, but for me, its an important way of coping. Scientific studies have shown the value of humour in hard times and I have given links to a few of them. If you feel like a…

A quick google says tamoxifen doesn't effect the immune system - but why does it make me eligible for a covid booster? I'm mostly curious as I want to know if I should be living with an awareness of being…
