Thanks to BCNA for last nights webinar
Really useful, insightful. Totally amazing to be in a breakout room with so many others and see bright shining faces. No way to properly address every question but a feeling of community and connection. Great speakers, terrific videos (can these be made available to share? - especially the one on 2020). Aches and pains...
One year into Arimidex and keen to know what others do to relieve the joint aches and pains. Hot flashes have reduced to occasional events (short trips to the tropics 😉) but there's been no let up on the aches and pains. Nevertheless, loving every day!!

TV Show (WARNING - may be upsetting)
I have been bingeing a new Australian TV show on Foxtel called "The End". I read myself to sleep (paper books), read while on my exercise machine (ebooks) and listen to narrated works while doing housework, cooking (Audible, etc.). Often I'll have three or four different books on the go at the same time, depending on what I'm…
