Coping with school closures
I am terrified of the Inevitable closure of all schools. I understand why, but I don’t think I will cope with kids home ALL the time with no support from family. With all sports and extracurricular activities already cancelled they are lacking sufficient outlets for their excess energy. School is a brief respite during the…

Feeling challenged by clothes shopping?
I'd like to reach out to other women who find it hard to buy clothes because of changes to their bodies brought about by breast cancer. I'm almost 60 now and have lived with a mastectomy for over 20 years, with a handful of those years as a younger woman dressing around a reconstruction that I had removed back in 2006. I…

Periods returning after Tamoxifen
Hi lovely ladies, After 5 years of being on Tamoxifen I got the clearance to stop medication back in May19. I haven’t had a period for almost 3 years. Just recently I got my periods. Is this normal or should I see my GP/Oncologist? I didn’t have chemo only radiation after my lumpectomy back in May 2014.

Stress levels
I have worked ten hour days for the past ten days and have been on call for the other fourteen hours of the day. I was a bit concerned about having a meltdown stress attack. So firstly, a regular came in and was overwhelming me with his problems and loading them on me. I was okay but on edge. Then everything went splat.…
