Back from holidays...
I'm back! I hated the long flight from LA but fortunately I had no issues with lymphodema. I wore the arm pressure bandage just in case.

I run for life
Has anyone else heard the song by Melissa Ethridge.. 'I run for life'? It is very uplifting, and actually bought a tear to my eye the first time i heard it. It is obvioulsy wirtten by someone (Melissa) who has experieneced breast cancer first hand, which is evident in the words. i love it. Narelle
