Secondary BC dental concerns
Hi everyone, I have just been diagnosed with secondary BC, as if that's not enough to get my head around, doctors are banging on about my teeth!! Can someone explain why getting my teeth checked is so important and what should I say or ask my dentist to do? Hope someone can help......thanks

Very frustrated
Brain surgery I can deal with but the protocal of public with Sir Charles Gardner is an absolute nightmare. If I was not already being treated for major depression I most certainly would be now. Started chemotherapy
Just had second round of Gemcidabine and Carboplatin chemo. The side effects don't seem to be as severe as the TC at start of the year....so far so good. Get next week off......Yipee! Is anyone else on this combination? How are you going with it and is it effective? Cheers, Sharon

overseas travel
Hi everyone, Can anyone tell me which insurance company covers travelling to the UK with ABC with bones mets. I am still on Herceptin every three weeks but other than that i'm well and the bones bug is only in two spots and not grown for two years, so with that surely i shouldn't have any troubles getting insurance. Liver mets
Diagnosed liver mets in May 2012 Been on Herceptin sine June 2012 currently ongoing Chemo Abraxane sine June 2012 for a year 3 wks on 1 wk off, second year fortnightly, completed june 2014. Currently stable and having three weekly herceptin and Aromasin (Examestane) tablets. Effexor, Sandomigran, Targin, Lyrica, vitamin D.

Stage 4, I do not want to scare anyone but after a plated left humerous in Feb so I could start chemo that month I did successfully 6 rounds and shrinking in left boob a tumour of 13cm to 3 cm.
