My baby is 24 today.
My baby John-Luke is 24 today. I feel old lol. He brought home a cake mix for me to make with ready made icing. The cake looks pink, and smells pink and tastes pink! Counting my blessings today. <3

When am I "in remission"?
ive just been back to oncologist for results of blood tests at the 6 month mark after surgery, radiation and lastly hormone therapy. Dr said my blood tests were gr8 and to see him again in 6 months for more blood test results. Breast surgeon said all good and to come back in 6 months for s mammogram & ultrasound results…

Radiation finished today!
Today I had my last radiation treatment! 25 done and just in time. My skin can't take any more. My Rad Oncologist was suggesting a break, but I only had 2 more to go. Now just to have dressings changed every day next week and see her on Mondays. I am feeling very fragile, but I guess I am relieved it is done, no more lying…

Bilateral mastectomy booked in for Friday
Okay so now Im scared. Dr's said I only need rads to lumpectomy spot but I decided to go for chop in both sides. Stage 2a ER pos and on Toxifin.
