One old TRAM in place - what to choose this time?

Hi, I'm 8yrs post TRAM reconstruction and looking to get another mastectomy and this time a reconstruction at the same time. Has anyone been down this road and what do they recommend? I don't want an implant and fear that my stomach is probably too full of scar tissue to attempt a DIEP...so maybe one from the back?? Any advice greatly appreciated, thanks

If you join the reconstruction group there are photo stories of many other flap options on there.
