Depression
Two weeks ago, one year on from diagnosis I got the all clear as did my mother. I was very relieved all round as I wasn’t sure I could deal another year like the one I had been through. Instead of feeling happy with the outcome for some weird reason I’m feeling really down. I’ve had counseling over the last year to deal…

Got the all clear from first mamogram
yippeee j have been laying low as I was quite stressed however just got all clear. HD meeting with dr Mann and he was efficient and informative. Doesn’t recommend gene testing at the moment until it becomes free unless I want to pay. He said within next few years he believes it will be free to all. I feel a massive relief.

Body decoration
I'm not a tatt person (not against them, just never could see anything permanent on my body) but this is beautiful. It appeared on my fb feed as something that fb in the past have taken down as inappropriate. I still couldn't imagine myself wanting it on my skin everyday for the rest of my life, but I don't believe it's…

Travel Insurance
Hello Wonder Women, I will be taking a break in Bali after radiotherapy is finished. Can anyone recommend a good travel insurance provider? Swimming with flippers
I went swimming in the ocean with my big 25yr old son this morning. We thought we'd be clever and take swimming flippers. Lesson one, it is not easy to walk in flippers, not even a few feet to the waters edge. In the end I figured you have to point your feet out to the sides and waddle, like a penguin. Next problem was…

Practical Considerations
Hi, Immediately post-surgery, I've got a couple of questions that I'm hoping that you lovely ladies can share your experience on. (Not being exclusive, but I don't think the blokes are likely to have much to say about these): 1. Depilation under the arm. I've had axillary dissection and at the moment I'm bandaged up and…
