Activity reminder - Can you help?
Hello everyone, just a reminder to occasionally look in on the activity feed for comments from people who would rather not post discussion threads. It doesn't happen often but it's sad to have anyone slip through. Right now @JoAyers is looking for those experienced with ER+ triple negative. She's had another tumor occur…

Today marks 1 year from the day I was told those dreaded words ‘you have breast cancer’. Since then, I have had 4 1/2 months of chemotherapy, a stint in icu with complications, a double mastectomy and reconstruction and a left auxiliary clearance and 5 weeks of radiotherapy. Celebrating Life
Birthdays. Once one approaches 50 and beyond it is not something we often feel like celebrating. However nothing like a breast cancer diagnosis to put that aging fear in a different light. I recently celebrated by 53rd birthday. I feel I lost a year in the middle of that due to bc treatment. My 50th birthday I was a bit…

Here is one picture of the titanium clips left on my right side after bilateral mastectomy in April. More under Metal Clips posting. I was shocked to find this on having an x ray for a crook shoulder. Was not told by anybody about this hardware being left in my body. These are just some of them....there are more...lots…

Put a ❤️ On your wall Facebook message
This thing has started up again. Does anyone else get annoyed by these? It does nothing to raise awareness! The 'know your lemons' meme is far better! It was due to that meme that I realised something was not as it should be… not some stupid little heart on someone's wall. Im trying to not bite my well-meaning friends…
