Newly Diagnosed and Anxious
Hi I am 51 and was diagnosed in late April and had a Lumpectomy and SLNB on 13th May after finding a lump in late March. I was shocked to find out about 5 days after the surgery that I had a 2.2cm IDC, with nodal involvement (4 of 5 at this stage) and that it was Aggressive - Grade 3 (so Stage IIIa and Grade 3). However,…

Waiting…so many seem to mention this, tips etc?

I’m trying to distract, and whilst productive trying to get things in place it’s been exhausting this last fortnight getting mum’s…

I’ve been nonstop this fortnight since diagnosis, not helped by a slight flare in my ptsd symptoms in the week before mum’s…

Everything seems to be wrong
I was diagnosed with DCIS on 8 April. Due to the size of the calcification, a double mastectomy was recommended. And surgery is now scheduled on 20 May. The waiting is hurting me. I have been having some pain in both of my breasts and also under my left arm pit. I’m really worried that what I’ve got is not just DCIS.…

Tiffiny Hall, personal trainer, ex-Biggest…
