Metastatic Breast Cancer in the bones - lack of calcium

Hello, in September I got diagnosed with Metastatic breast cancer which had spread to my bones. My treatment is hormone injections and denosumab injection once a month, as well as taking the tablet Abemaciclib twice a day.
Sadly I have only been able to have the denosumab (for the bones) once, as my body is struggling to hold calcium, I have had to have many calcium infusions, taking 6 calcium tablets a day as well as 100mg of Vitamin D a day and still I am struggling with low calcium.
I am wondering if anyone else has had any problems with low calcium and whether they have found a solution that helps maintain their level.
Thank you
