How to prioritise self care?

So I finally made it to the yoga class. Failed the first week because I got the time wrong (I am hopeless with that kind of stuff now, never used to be), and last week I was cooking and preparing for my daughter's 16th birthday party.
I really liked the class. It's very well paced, and pitched exactly where I need it to be. Not too hard, but hard enough to push me. I'm absolutely crap at it though. Felt quite embarrassed and mortified at one stage; thought I was going to cry. Pathetic! But I pulled myself together and kept going. I'll definitely go again next week. You have to start somewhere.6 -

I have just done a cooking class with a Masterchef winner. Experiences are what I am into at the moment.4

I found a great class near Daylesford for making sourdough traditional. I was already to sign up until I saw the price. I will stick to buying it instead.0

@kitkatb The barest flicker of motivation here. I am a bees dick away from just lying in bed all day for the rest of my life. I forced myself to go today because I recognise the power of habit, and habits have to start somewhere.
My mojo is a tiny spark of which I only occasionally catch sight.
As time rolls on I am beginning to think my depression is in large part continuing because of the Letrozole. Despite anti-depressants and therapy it continues. A listed side effect, it's the first one that is truly challenging my determination to take it.0 -
Hi @Afraser
Not sure why that is the case. Maybe log off and log back into the online community and see if its working again0 -
@Giovanna_BCNA I just received notification of yours for this thread too, so I'm still receiving them. Thanks0
