Stiff shoulder
Hi everyone, I’m probably impatient. I’m 6 months out from surgery, 4 months after radiation. My shoulder is still stiff and quite sore. I do my stretches, and no doubt it has improved somewhat. I’m just wondering if those of you further along than me have regained full ROM?

Have you lost a ‘friend’ due to BC?
I think that many of us have already lost, or may lose someone they considered ‘a friend’ before we were diagnosed with BC .... and it IS very hurtful and perplexing .... made more difficult particularly if you’d helped them thru a family or illness previously .... This is a thoughtful piece on the loss of a friend thru BC…

Decisions on my nipples
Hi All, I have recently had a double, nipple sparing, mastectomy and reconstruction. However, I have to have more of the teat removed as there is still cancer in it. Therefore, the surgeon has asked if I want to remove the other teat from my non-cancer breast, so they look equal. I just don’t know what to do, should I make…

Under arm hair after node removal
Hi everyone, I’m 2 months out of lymph node removal, and 1 month post mastectomy. I purchased an electric razor about 6 weeks ago but only succeeded in pinching and nicking the skin in my good armpit. Currently I’m just letting it grow. I’m figuring I’ll be wearing long sleeved tops when I’m out anyway. And if I’m not - it…

Non BC Vent.
Hi folks, excuse my for being a bit off topic but I am SO BLOODY PISSED OFF that I need to let off some steam and I think my tribe will get this. Letrozole - Is there a light in the darkness?
I'm very, very cautiously expressing hope that things may get better on Letrozole. Some of you may know that I have been one of the unlucky ones to have very severe side effects from the AI. Joint pain, soft tissue pain and injuries have been hugely debilitating for almost the entire time I have been on it (ticked over 2…

Sound familiar?
This morning on the radio, a lady was complaining that six months after her diagnosis she felt she was getting ignored and left behind. She was fatigued, had shortness of breath and brain fog. The doctors would not do anything more for her and were blaming those things on other underlying issues. She said the doctors were…
