Good excuse to eat some, anyway, I reckon, @Kiwi Angel LOL

I am thinking it makes your belly feel 'full & satiated' ..... yet other 'experts' will tell you NEVER to eat anything within 3hrs+ of going to bed!

Take your pick!!  I know which one I'd be picking (even tho I do try not to eat or drink anything after my main evening meal!)   ;)

My theory - a little bit of what you  like does you good now (& then!)  :)

I had my oncologist appointment today. 6 sessions starting 10th Oct.
He said Fec-D. I looked up info on this cos that's what I do.
It's also known as 5FU well all I can say is FU2. Sorry for my bad joke.
Having my port put in next Wednesday.
I asked for Brown Brothers but they are all out unfortunately bahaha, I just have to see the funny side of things.

@Suzi_S61 Is that six weekly sessions or fortnightly or every three weeks?
    Good joke.
As for Brown Brothers - Well, once the port is in you can put anything in it!  ::)

@Flaneuse I'm actually a bit confused too. I know I am having the FU2 (FEC) first for 3 cycles. Then they will change it to Docetaxyl (sorry if my spelling is horrendous.) He said we might give that weekly looking at the Breast nurse. He said we will give you a lower dose weekly which will have less side effects. That was it, except where him and the nurse couldn't agree on what type of referral was needed for my day surgery for the port. Lucky she caved in because he had his stubborn hat on lol.

So I still didn't clarify sorry. The first 3 cycles are once a week every 3 weeks @Flaneuse.

I hope you managed some sleep @fletch!  How amazing does it feel to have gotten halfway through the AC infusions.  Someone once mentioned on here that you count up with the AC and down with the Taxol.  Hope you've got some good meds.  I loved my Ativan - not only did it stop the nausea during the first few days but it enabled me to sleep through the worst.  Did you get the mouth sorted out?
