    @kmakm that’s pretty much when I woke up this morning 3.10am. Off to my second shrink appointment this morning and then a busy day at work.

    Reflexology appt for my feet - Hallelujah!!
    Couple of hours of mosaic art therapy and a chat with some lovely ladies at Footprints Cancer Clinic
    Sunny 21 in Perth today - so a walk with my dog and some gardening before picking up daughter and watching some afternoon kids sport.

    What y'all got going on?

    @JJ70 Excellent lyric.

    Doing an internet meet today. As in meeting someone for lunch who I've been friends with on Instagram for years but never met in real life. Last time I did that was in Sassafras!  ;) Hope this one goes as well! That's in Town so I'll be getting on the train. Then home to take a kid to a post oral surgery check up. Might squeeze in a dog walk before I go. Plus laundry, cleaning & dinner cooking.

    Actually, can I just go back to sleep?

    WOOHOO!  I had the BEST sleep EVER last night!!  Nodded off at 11pm and woke up about 6.30am - before the alarm went off!!

    I feel SO refreshed!  :)    I only read like 3 pages of my new Di Morrissey Book!   LOL

    Enjoy your 'real person' meet up, @Kmakm!!  It is weird, isn't it - that we pour our hearts out here to 'virtual strangers' never really expecting to meet up with them!!

    I met up with one BCNA lovely 6 weeks ago (she was visiting her sister here in Forster who also had had BC, and came with her) and it was terrific.  Just for a coffee, but she knows where I am now - and hopefully will meet up again next time she visits.

    And that is an open invite - anyone heading north from Sydney or south from Brisbane ..... if their journey takes them anywhere near Taree, Bulladelah, - even Port Macq ..... drop in for a cuppa & a chat!!  ;)   xx

    Nice work with the loo @Zoffiel.  Looks great.  You don't want to come and finish off my plaster do you?  Seriously not enough time in the days.On a good note, it's still standing so I must have done something right.

    @Sarnicad and @arpie that's great yay...sleep!!

    I am very happy with my 6 hours last night. Twice as happy even when compared to the 3 hours the night before.

    9 hours out of 48 is not so crash hot though.. :(
