Hi @Sister. I take 10mg of time released Melatonin. This seems to work for most nights and I take it about 30 minutes before sleep. Also turn off all screens and believe that a phone in my bedroom is NOT a good thing. It stays in the kitchen on charge where it won't beep or light up or invite me by telepathy to pick it up and check the time......

Stupid melatonin dreams - have had dreams about my ex husband twice this week and he is not someone I want to be reminded of.

Looks good @zoffiel Do you want to come and finish our en suite.  It's been a beautifully tiled (albeit, too slopey) storage cupboard for a number of years!

On the positive side, I kept falling asleep during Catalyst last night, stayed up until about 10pm then slept (except for a dunny run) until 5am!
