Yes, it has been somewhat better, a bit sketchy between week 6 and 9 but hmmm, doable at the moment.  That could change tomorrow, who knows.  My speech is still ridiculous.  Yesterday I asked one of our wards persons if she could get a wheel barrow for a patient (wheelchair).  She thought it might be useful to tip people out at the other end  LOL.
I also told my daughter there was some cough money (medicine) in the fridge for her cold.   It's fucking embarrassing.  Especially when I am super busy it kicks.  Lucky I only work part time.

@kezmusc oh no - the wheelbarrow comment made me laugh though - I felt like I could use one when I was in hospital.

All this talk of snakes made me buy party mix at the supermarket last night!

I nearly joined the Howlers last night but whilst my mind was over active, my body didn't want to get out of bed. Awake for three hours but still woke up this morning with my brain racing but my body saying Pffft, not happening. No wonder you need red lollies! Melody

@kmakm Don't feel sorry for me, you seem to be awake all the time. I only have one bad night out of two. Not sure I could howl every night. Keep up the banter lovelies, it is very refreshing.

I think the 10mg melatonin seems to be working better than my sleeping tablet. Had temazepam Thursday last night and was wide awake from about 3.40am and took ages to doze off again. Off to Canberra for the weekend though so lots of yummy food and wine to look forward too  :)

Felt really ill last night (still get the chemo nausea sometimes) so took an Ativan and went to bed about 9:45.  Woke up at 5:45am - woo hooo!

@Sister didn’t u feel sick the other day too?  That’s not good - luckily I didn’t get much nausea with my type of chemo so no ongoing drama. Glad u had a good sleep though xo

I had some nausea and sour taste in my mouth the first week of radiation. The rads therapists said it wasn't related to rads, so I assume it was hangover from chemo. None this week.

Yes, it and the indigestion comes back every now and then - I think when I get overtired or let stress get the better of me.  My gut is still suffering.  I lived on meds for that stuff during chi so it's no surprise that it's taking awhile to clear - onc says to be expected.
