@kmakm @sister I’ve managed another 2 since but had to get up and drive someone to work

the awake time was useful for reading the booklet on sleep though LOL

A while ago I took some headache tablets, forgot I took them, and finished a full glass of wine before I remembered. I had the best nights sleep. Maybe I should try that again  :D

@Kiwi Angel no doubt about that one. I was snoozing on the couch yesterday and waking myself with my snoring!

Im so over my metallic mouth atm. I know another day or so and it will go but it is shit in the meantime

Oh no @Kiwi Angel! I just woke from a bad dream. Earlier I was woken by a kid with a stomach ache. It's an exciting life...

I had a fairly good sleep. I woke up during the night with neuropathy in my fingers but by morning I wasn't sure if it was real or a dream. Sure hoping it was a dream

Had a LOVELY sleep last night!   Woohoo!!  The previous night, I didn't sleep a wink, even after taking a temase - and that was after a big day on the water, when I should have been suitably tired!!   grrr

Seems to be developing a pattern ...... one shit night, then a good one!

Don't you HATE it when you just keep 'waking up' every hour (even tho just dozing!)  I have it almost down pat - I guess what the time is before I look at the clock - and am often within 10 mins of it!  LOL

Hey, Howlers...I want to try the Melatonin again in a few days - trying to minimise expense but shift my sleep patterns back to a decent time ready for work next term.  For those of you who have had success, how long before you go to bed do you take it?

What is it with 3.30am?  Every darn morning. Must be witching hour or something.  Starting to remind me of  "The Conjuring".

@Sister Take it an hour before you'd like to be asleep.

@Sister mine (the 2mg prescription and the 10mg I ordered from overseas) both have a fast release coating and then the inner tablet is slow release. I tend to take it about 20 minutes befor I go to sleep and I find the quick release kicks in pretty quickly.

Hot flushes, crazy dreams, a snoring husband and a restless cat do not make for a good sleep.
