Congrats on surviving your first day @Sister.
Back to work yesterday after a 2 week holiday and already I’m sleeping like crap again. I think work must play in to it a lot and it’s on my mind more than I think. Hot flushes seem to be getting worse too - wonder if that is being on the tamoxifen for just about 4 months now.
Crazy dreams on The melatonin too.

I got home so tired and slept like crap! I think there must have been things playing on my mind but the only thing I remember thinking about was what I was going to wear today! Luckily my choice still fits and is not too low cut (bloody mastectomy bras and prosthesis).0

As full-time as I get. I work 30 hour weeks (6 hour day) so that I can do the school run - mind you, it takes over an hour or more each way on the road depending on traffic. Tonight is after school sport for one of them so I've squeezed in an appointment after work.0

I hope your sleep settles down again, @Sister - it really is a pain ... I'll have a few good nights, then (like last night) just toss & turn and be awake all night for 5 or 6! grrrr
I think it is possible to get 'over tired' as well & also not sleep well? With a bit of luck, your body will settle into a routine soon.
6hr work days (but starting earlier and finishing later re the school runs) is pretty well the same as a regular 8hr day, I reckon!! Thinking of you xx0 -
Wow, congrats to all that have recently gone back to work. You inspire me yet again. Today was my last AC and of course the dex is keeping me awake..... I don’t care cause I’m finished! Yay!3
