@Kiwi Angel I've been experimenting with not taking the melatonin either. I've found the same as you.
I've slept soundly without it. I find I wake up much earlier than I want...at 5am but that will have to do! Good time of the day for a run this time of year hey Steph?0 -
Today I bought Swisse SLEEP for my son I will let you know how it goes ladies just from the chemist

@SoldierCrab I bought that for my husband. He found it quite good.1

because of me lack of internet I haven't been following our t-shirt adventure. Is this still being processed? It takes a long time to get a small amount of printing done, much longer than a huge amount. Looking forward to being able to walk down the main street with pride!!!!0

No rush.....just checking in and neva apologize for having a life! Lol2

@kmakm I am sure there are Melbournites on here who would love to help out. I live in Geelong but I would be very happy to come and do the addressing and posting for you. Are you near public transport? I am available Wednesday but I will pre-warn you, it may cost you a hug. I am useless at getting my own things done, too stressful. But I am good at doing things which aren't on my need to do list!4

@JJ70 perfect running weather at the moment1

I really do not like chemo nights. Up at 2:30 and no going back to sleep. Eyes burn the next day and I am very cranky and teary. Doesn't help when hubby tells me one thing then does another. I may have got a bit annoyed with that. Just a little bit 😠😤😡⚡️

@Blossom1961 Chemo nights are not good nights. I hope you're marking them off on the calendar. Big hugs.0

@Flaneuse Yesterday was my last Paclitaxel. Mastectomy in four weeks then Herceptin only. Thank you0
-
Have you got something nice to do in the next four weeks @Blossom1961?0

@kmakm I would love to go away and put my head in the sand for four weeks but I am afraid that isn't going to happen. Other than doing a couple hours of bookwork each week for our failing business I'll just have to concentrate on staying healthy for the op. Once the ankle swelling goes down I can do a bit more walking.0
