Body clock has gotten into the 4.30am ritual now. Just as well I was planning to get up early to do the coastal walk.

ah well I was in bed by 10pm and slept until 7.30am so I have caught my zzzzz...s I had missed out on this week.
Today is my 1.5hr massage afternoon so tonight should be another good sleep night.....

@tigerbeth. I can remember going to see "Evita" years ago with my mum. We were on a bus trip with some ladies. During the performance, I overheard one of them say: "I didn't know it was a musical!"

I actually had one of my best ever sleeps last night! (Tho they are few & far between!)
@Loobylou - I hope it is the weather too .... but sadly, it is often the price we pay - disturbed sleep is one of the major side effects of our treatment
@kiwi angel - is that the walk from The Spit to Manly? Enjoy!! Did you know about The Huts at Crater Cove? My sister had friends who used to live there back in the 80s - no running water or power, yet amazingly comfy. (Scenic Spot No 13 below) You need to be pretty sure footed & wear proper walikng boots, as it is 'off the track' to get there - but well worth it.

@arpie it’s one of the eastern suburbs ones - part of the Bondi track. Really pretty walk and gets the heart rate up

Not sure how I will sleep tonight. Sore throat started late this afternoon and hips are starting to have that fluey ache. So much for getting the flu shot. Maybe it will be gone by morning. I have my Herceptin treatment tomorrow so I will no doubt have to wear a 😷 Just as well you cancelled @kmakm I don’t want you getting this
