@arpie I too have to keep the heavy doona off my feet when they threaten to cramp  so I put a high pillow under the doona which keeps it off my feet ,it does help.

Well yay to another Monday on 4 hrs sleep.  I have been doing pretty well in the sleep department for a couple of weeks  but not the last few nights and I can only find 1 lonely little Berocca this morning. Grrrrr.
Back and hip pain is at a whole new level this week.  1 wk till Tamoxiholday and counting down.
    FTS!

Thank you for all the well wishes. Hubby had his gall bladder op postponed to 2019. The doctors decided they wanted to do it in 3-5 weeks but my mastectomy is in five weeks so hubby said no deal. Something else to look forward to.

@Blossom1961 That's very kind of your hubby. Hopefully he won't suffer too much while waiting. It will be good for you to have his support after your mastectomy. All the best. Fran

@Trikki2 You poor girl. That was one of the factors of chemo I hated most. Fran.

Ghastly night. Couldn't sleep even with medication. I know why - I was so distressed and frustrated because, for the first time in this 10 months + of multiple appointments, I missed an appointment yesterday and didn't realise until just after 5 pm. It was for physio, should have been 10:30 am, before my rads and oncol, and I totally forgot it. Had in my muddled brain somehow that it was today. I love my physio and she was going to fit me for a temporary compression sleeve to try to help with the swelling and soreness in my arm. I was awake until 3 am and then slept until 8:30, when I rang them and they've now made a replacement appt for next Monday morning. I won't miss that!!!

It's really disheartening when we miss things we never used to @Flaneuse. It's happening to me a lot; you have my sympathy. Try not to be too hard on yourself. You've got a lot going on in your head and have had a lot of treatment. Bisous, K
