Crappy sleep last night and apparently I was snoring which I never do - gonna be a long day at work.

My exercise class finishes with 15 minutes of mindfulness meditation.  Yesterday, we'd only got as far as thinking about our breathing and one of the ladies behind me started snoring and continued for most of the session.  I bet she lays awake at 2am or 4am - at least she got a few zzzzs at the class.

@sister hahaha. I just about dozed off at chemo yesterday. Couldn’t manage to get up for my walk this morning but should make up some steps at work.

Lay awake until 2am, tossing and turning. Just could not fall asleep. Kept thinking about my operation. Challenging.

I slept 5 hours!!! My husband got up to use the toilet and then was too scared to come back to bed for fear of waking me. he knows I'm a light sleeper at the best of times.
I feel fairly rotten right now .... day 2 of chemo is taking effect. I don't know what to do with myself.

What sort of medication have they got you on @Finch I was prescribed Ativan for nausea but it's also an anti-anxiety drug so it knocked me out for those horrible first few days which helped get through them.

ondasetron to prevent nausea and the Dex , all finishes tonight so I've just got today to get through.  I feel like I want to do everything right now this minute, but at the same time I can't do anything . Really stupid and strange .
i read last night until 11.30 which helped. It's a weird thing this chemo. I can't think straight.

Well, as long as you have work sorted out @Kiwi Angel - maybe you can claim overtime!

@Sister - I have tried that one on my boss before when I have had work dreams all night - strangely, she didn’t go for it
