Same same but different - love that phrase @tigerbeth! Very Indian. Saw it on a t-shirt once in Mumbai. Still regret not buying it.

@Kiwi Angel Not precisely but I always wake up at least once somewhere between 2 and 4am.

@kmakm very annoying when your stupid body starts to get get in to a routine that u don’t want it to. I have started to have restless feet at night - getting a little intermittent tingling/numbness.

@Kiwi Angel Very annoying. I had that intermittant tingling all the way through, and weird numb patches on my calves and the tops of my feet. All gone now I'm happy to say. Hope you're starting to feel a bit better in Week 2.

Kiwi Angel do you have your compression stockings from Surgery ? if you have already had it - if not a pair of snug socks
wear them at night it helped me to deal with the tingling /numbness

Thanks @SoldierCrab I do have those so I might give them a try. I always wear socks to bed - even in the middle of summer - I’m such a weirdo. They aren’t particularly snug though but I have a new pair that might be - I’ll try out your suggestions.

My Nurse at Onco ward had given me t hat suggestion it worked a treat for me.... as I had peripheral neuropathy and still do .... 5 yrs later... but at the start it was like zillions of spiders on my feet was freaking me out .... the stockings got rid of the sensation then I could settle enough to get some sleep

@Kiwi Angel The more we play the more we pay... I've found the key is to pace myself. Have to concentrate though. It's easy to forget when I'm enjoying myself.
