Hi Glemmis, sorry to hear of your loss. How exciting having new additions, I’m sure they will all get on well as these dogs have such a loving beautiful nature. Mind you I am bias....
This is Toby, getting a lot older now but still a bit of a character. I made the mistake of leaving the ironing board too close to a chair when he was a puppy and this was the result when I came back to the room.🐶

Above Is our Sadie (the lady) from the cat haven (rescue). We love her to bits. I loved seeing all of your special family members.
These are the latest members of our family, mum & puppy from the same breeder we bought our first Schnauzers from. Mum is 3 & puppy 8 weeks. We have had them 2 days & we are all very sleep deprived. We still have our old girl who is 13, our old boy died in January at 14.
GORGEOUS @Glemmis - the pup will thrive with his Mum's milk and company!! Less chance of anxiety separation. Yes, my buddy is kept busy with her pup, getting him used to weeing & pooing outside - so far, no 'accidents' that I am aware of. She is also introducing him to all her friends, so he doesn't get fixated on her - increasing anxiety separation later on ....
I had the most beautiful border collie who was a major support and comfort during my breast cancer. Unfortunately we lost our Belle to doggie breast cancer in March. After I was diagnosed with triple negative bc liver Mets, this month, my daughter decided I needed another supporter and has organised a new puppy that isn’t born yet but will be ready to come home when treatment finishes. Something to look forward to and fight for🐕
