I hear you @Annie C have been waiting for this. This is our time of year with beautiful weather. I have one jumper and one jacket. Just had a sheet over me last night. Mind you trade off at the end of the year isn't so great, but boy am I going to make the most of these dry season months ahead. xo2

I think I'm ready9

But @Zoffiel, what are you going to do after the first month? Winter is for three months officially.1
-
I know @blossom1961 ! And what if it is a nuclear winter? Fret...More redneck rehab required, just in case.1
-
I reckon that is only about 8wks supply @Zoffiel
what are you going to do for the other 8wks if we get a nuclear winter ?
PORT and Whiskey sound like another option

'S OK. If I'm at risk of freezing to death I think I've got enough stuff to build a still.
Fuelled by bits of bark, I can ferment and distill the 100 odd pumpkins ( not kidding about the quantity or quality) that are strewn all through the garden. Pumpkin brandy could be a 'thing'.or I could go up in flames or die of methanol poisoning. I come from a long line of hillbillies, it's all been done before5 -
Winter is coming...
