I told my oncologist, she said if I get ill again during the day to come straight to the chemo ward and they will look after me. I love my oncologist and her registrar, they are beautiful people.3

OMG the Letrozole ankle pain is so bad tonight, the worst it's ever been. I cannot get to sleep. Why is it suddenly so bad? What makes it flare up? Or is this part of a steady progession as the estrogen is leeched from my body?
I've got up for the osteo paracetemol and a Temazepam...0 -
Hi there lovelies well I’ve been reading through all your posts this morning and I hope @zoffiel the possums have stopped shagging outside your bedroom window. What a rude lot lol! Too fuckin cold down there to get out and shoo them away for sure. Bring back the dog! And @sister. How you feeling love. How’s that tingling going ? Nearly there. I think the last couple taxols for me were the longest and worst too. It’s a bloody hard slog isn’t it. But remember we are all here holding your hand and helping to drag your arse up this shit covered mountain that is bc. Sometimes it feel like you are just going to land face first in it doesn’t it. But There is a summit, you do get there and when you do I’ll have the champagne chilling for you love.
I sometimes feel feel the same way even now about commenting on people’s posts. I think the worst bit is when I’m reading them I’m thinking fuck here’s another bloody one that’s had to join the forum and that can be upsetting for sure. it’s shitty but so good that no matter what you’ve been through or are going through there’s always someone out there to listen who’s been there done that. I think you become a psychologist in a way once you’ve been through what we have.
And @Eastmum I laughed when I read your post. My hubby and I have also had separate Doonas. Been married nearly 25 years. I’m a wrapper and don’t like to share and in our house I’m the snorer but only when I get hay fever and all clogged up. I take an antihistamine and that works a treat thankfully but I’m also guilty of snoring on the “non snoring side” lol. Have a nice weekend ladies. Our 19 year old son is playing his first senior afl game for the Moreton bay lions today. They have put him up from the reserves so that’s my arvo sorted. Sitting on the hill with the qld winter sun on my face should be around 25 degrees today watching him play...... I have been banned from “voicing my opinions” from the sidelines though can you believe that.... apparently that’s embarrassing.... have no idea why he’d think that do you lol lol lol4 -
How exciting @onemargie! I hope he has a great game. Hilarious that you've received a caution about embarassing him from the sidelines! Currently -3° here... Jealous! K xox0

It's freezing here, too. Hope the game went well today! I used to get told off for being too loud at soccer.0

Hope your pneumonia will resolve very soon!

Hi All,
I have had the house to myself all weekend as hubby and daughter went down to our bush block in Nannup. I have slept well and finally got rid of the wedge I was sleeping on since DIEP about a month ago. It is still too sore to really stretch out in both directions - legs and torso, but find I can do one or the other. I usually sleep in a fetal position on my side anyway, so it is nice to be able to return to that, although my preferred side is my FOOB side, that hurts too much still.....getting a comfy position is half the battle!
