    @Joannie That is the caveat for most of us here I'd say. We may justifiably whinge & bemoan our BC lives, but it's better than looking at the lid.

    My tinnitus has increased a bit with treatment. I should probably check that out...

    @kmakm to answer from a few posts back - I am still doing my exercise class.  I have 4 days left of the programme then I will have to try to motivate myself.

    Awake at 3:30am feeling sick. Then asleep in the couch near the fire for 2 hours once the Ativan kicked in.

    @Kiwi Angel Yes! I have not had a cold at any point since I was diagnosed. Grr. Hoping my immune system can fight it off before it really sets in.

    Once again delaying going to bed because I don't want to be alone with my thoughts.

    Early awake this morning...probably about 4. I was reluctant to check the time and tried to pretend I could get back to sleep until hubby's alarm went off at 5:30. Crisp and foggy morning here today so was keen to stay warm in bed, even if I was staring into blackness for an hour and a half!

    oh Girls what a Sh*t when we don't want to go to bed or our sleep is broken by Hot flushes and insomnia.
    @kmakm
    Could you use your headspace app on headphones to help you go to bed and relax into sleep ? just a thought....  I have a great CD by Sarah Edelman called letting go that works for you it is available on Itunes if you want it

    @Kiwi Angel
    are you having a glass of wine at night ? I find  that if I have any alcohol at all I get hot flushes approx 4hrly for 24hrs .... just a thought....

    @JJ70
    at -1* staring at the blackness is better than risking creeping out of bed for me.....

    Hugs
