Slept well in hospital here again. Bit of awake time at 2am for an hour, then land of zzzzz again until 5am. Claire on nightshift saw my light was on and brought me a cuppa......angel!

5:45am...nurse comes in to give me meds and says
 'Good Morning' , nice and sing songy
'Is it?' my groggy reply

@JJ70 I think u are allowed to be grumpy at that time - especially if u were managing to get some sleep. @kmakm what a bummer u couldn’t sleep in on your birthday!!

Awake for the third time tonight due to joint pain in my knees and especially my ankles. Is it the Letrozole? I was on my feet a lot yesterday, but no more than several days last week and I didn't have this pain then.

Been awake since 3 am. 240 km round trip to the oncologist today, I am so bloody tired I feel like rescheduling. Blah.

@kmakm if u can maybe take it easy for the next couple of days and see if it makes a difference - sounds like the joint pain I get from the Neulasta injection.

Ooo. First awake night since surgery two weeks ago. Not sure why. Just a restless night with a couple of hot flushes and wide awake at 4am. Good time to do some research about why the national screening invitation age is 50, when women aged 45-49 have a high mortality benefit (31%) from screening.

@JJ70. I was restless with hot flushes last night and then in the apartment above us their young child woke up screaming for 1/2 hour at 4am so that was the end of any real sleep
