I was awake three times, twice with AI ankle pain and once with a hot flush. Just been to the chemist and bought some Krill Oil. Hope it helps. It's been 11 days and the pain is getting worse. I feel like weeping.

Thanks @Joannie. Usually I can. There's always a toilet break, but the closer I get to dawn the harder it gets. I couldn't get to sleep last night because of the pain so I ended up taking a sleeping pill. I should have got up to get some paracetemol but it was cold and the sleepers were in my bedside table!

You are certainly on the horns of a dilemma. I try not to expect too much of myself but with four kids and seven people in the house the bare minimum is a large chunk of work. Hopefully I can get a handle on it. Just popped my first Krill Oil horse pill. Fingers crossed but bloody hell, the fricking expense of this bastard disease...

@kmakm  the $$ just keep on rushing out of the bank accounts don't they? It is like some wind has picked up your hard earned cash and blown it away. Thousands and thousands of it...........  Wishing you a better night's sleep tonight. x

@kmakm @JJ70. Hubby and I want to go overseas for a month to 6 weeks in 2020 for our 10 year anniversary. Trying to pay off my very large credit card bill and then save seems like a monumental task!  The money goes out faster than it comes in  :/ and I have still been very lucky compared to some with what I have had to pay out. Probably another reason I’m delaying looking at reconstruction.

Im hoping to start dragging my poor aching muscles out again from tomorrow for morning walks before work - hoping the early start and exercise might help me sleep better.

@Joannie it’s hard when u get out of routine and especially since it’s getting so cold. Pre cancer I used to get up at 4.30am and go for a 5km run, an hour yoga class and then go to work for 11 hours when I am on my feet for most of the day. The second 2 chemos wiped me out and at the moment my poor little body struggles to walk round the block. My current goals are to be able to go for a run and to be able to wear my stilettos again  :D

@Joannie like Carrie Bradshaw in SATC  ;)   I’m definately planning on taking it easy. I get puffed so easily walking up a hill or up stairs and my heart starts pounding so don’t want to give myself a heart attack.
