Good evening from Hot Flush City @onemargie. Second time awake tonight. Just pulled my binder down, irritating thing. Less than two weeks to go wearing it.

I slept from 10.30 to 3.30 so not too bad - might have a nap after chemo. Started to get the odd hot flush, not too bad and doesn’t last for long.

@kmakm that would be good but god knows what the tamoxifen will do to me as well.

@kmakm have you seen those cooling mats you can get. I wish I knew about them  when I was having those fucking hot flushes. I saw them  in the tv direct shop. Perhaps worth a try love. Thank fuck I don’t have them anymore. Fingers crossed you will be the same too soon.  Margie xx
