    @Eastmum - hope you go ok - I had the odd shocking night but surprisingly better than I expected - cant remember the last time I slept through the night though.  I watched Narcos and Mindhunter on Netflix which were quite good too.  Good luck for tomorrow xoxoxo

    Had a lovely sleep last night hope it continues ! I brought magnesium oil from 'Amazing oils "for my cramps , the info recommends to use for a good nights sleep ! anything is worth a try !!

    I've slept in - it's 5:30am in SA (actually been awake for ages but it was too bloody cold to get out of bed - would have welcomed a hot flush).

    Presently Minus 4 degrees going to high of 12* . from 9 til 3pm No Bloody Power as they are doing line work grr . . . . . .

    Kiwi Angel we have a power outage for line work from 9 til 3pm today  grrrrr. so had gas heater ducted on all night to get house as warm as possible as I work from home !!!! all thermos are filled with boiling water
