@Kiwi Angel my husband snuggled up to me when one started and I couldn't get away from him fast enough. Felt like I was cooking, hard to breathe even.  All this BC shit does wonders for intimacy and relationships!

@JJ70 it’s gross isn’t it. It’s so annoying all the side effects. Apart from the hot flushes, sore muscles and numbish feet I almost feel like myself. These things keep reminding me of what I have been through (that and the missing boob and patchy hair  )

well l am finding Darwin weather has taken care of my neuropathI can't believe how good my hands and feet feel with the warmer weather! oh dear! home Saturday to Snow my feet will not know what has happened- Balmy 32 ¢ here today

Oh I am tonight we are off to sailing club for dimer and to watch sunset over the harbour. This visit has really been what I've needed . R&R with my bestie (we met many decades ago in our teens)
