Who else can't sleep?

Been reading about sleeplessness and seems looking at screen before bed not conducive as they give off blue light which alters brain waves so reading a book not a bad idea.

@kmakm - I have been trying to make sure I read before I go to sleep as opposed to look on my phone and have been getting up at 5 do do exercise and stuff round the house so I think that is helping.

@JJ70 thanks for asking. Went ok - managing to remain in the land of the living so far with minimal side effects but glad I took this week off work to assess how it would affect me. I know it can compound so will see what the next few days brings me. Got 6 1/2 hours sleep last night which was amazing. 

Hooray on the last chemo side effects @JJ70, hope their departure is swift  :)

Sorry to be absent for a couple of days.......chemowasteland has had me pretty flat. Anyone else get dizzy like they are seasick? feel like I need to walk carefully...don't want any falls. Feet starting neuropathic response too...can feel them arking up now 4 days after chemo. I am glad to know this will be my last days through this. Yesterday would have had to have been worst chemo effects day for a while. So gross. Awake again at 4:30.... Hello Kiwi Angel How did AC go?  

We must be getting too much sleep with the nights still so dark!  Me, I've pretty much slept for 48 hours with a few breaks to say hello to the family and feed them.  I think I got too cocky and did too much on Day 4 of AC - ran kids around town everywhere, went shopping, etc.  Fell off my pedestal with a large thunk.  My vacuous jellyfish appeared again on Monday morning, fed by Ativan...but I seem to have returned to the land of the living, today.  Just as well, as I have a pile of paperwork I have to sort this week.  Eeek!

I used to be dropped into Chemo each session and picked up when finished we live in a regional city and lived 20 minutes drive from the Hospital at 100kph...... I used to take my ipod and smart phone and use the time to play words with friends it kept my brain from going mushy ..... I enjoyed the solitude of my chemo time. 
I hope today is a breeze and that  you will be less anxious next time

There's stacks of evidence round chemo and exercise and cancer and exercise. The more the better, the higher intensity the better. Recovery, recurrence, prevention, the whole lot. Ooh, you're getting me revved up for my walk today!
