I only wear my two prosthetic boobs for a special event, such as a wedding. Otherwise, I've found that the 'hippy' type tops, (this one shown is embroidered in blue at the front top) and button down the front with a loose cut, to be very comfortable. The slight detail on the front detracts from the fact that I have no frontage, as it were...

@AllyJay .... bottoms up.  Pardon the pun.  Seriously though, your tops look great on you.

@Afraser I like the quirky name (flat chat).

My idea is 'Not Under Reconstruction'.  A bit of play on building construction sites and covers flat and fabulous or lopsided.

Not Under Reconstruction includes we, the mono-boobed! Good name. I’ve had ten years to think about it and I’m not planning more surgery unless cancer strikes again but let’s include all those who may be considering further action some time after their original surgery.

Thanks for the support of the title 'Not Under Reconstruction' @Afraser.
Just 'flat' does not cover our situation, a situation which many may be forced into as not all surgeons will chop both off when requested..

    Thanks @June1952

But I think the name needs to be chosen by those most likely to use the new group, which is not likely to be me. I’ve had a decade to reconsider and the short answer is if I had another breast impacted by cancer, I’d go flat for which being mono-boobed has been useful practice. I think the site will be most useful for those who intend going flat from the outset, or for those keen to keen to remove the remaining breast, for all the reasons we are familiar with. So happy to let those participants decide on the name. Best wishes.

Thanks @Julez1958 and @DKJ. I’ve unfortunately not been given any information from my surgeon about my options for reconstruction. My last appointment with him (on Tues) was only 10 minutes and I left feeling confused and stunned. I spoke with the breast care nurse afterwards which was helpful but I ended up having a complete meltdown because I discovered pertinent information about the surgery which should have been explained to me 4mths ago at my fist visit. I’m now only a few weeks away from surgery and have no idea what to do and feel there isn’t enough time to process everything  :'(
I should also point out that my surgeon does not do plastics, he’s a general surgeon. This info hit me like a tonne of bricks as I thought that reconstructive surgery would require a plastic surgeon as it’s a more specialised area. Maybe this is why he didn’t explain various options as he can’t perform certain types of surgery, I don’t know. Im so confused now and contemplating asking my doc for a referral to another surgeon as I’m not filled with confidence in his abilities.
