Nice video @Sister - I've never heard that!!  I've pinched it!!

I got rid of a lot of vinyl when we moved from NZ back to Aussie ..... all the best ones!  :(   (Most of the Beatles LPs, Beach Boys, and others ....) Shoulda kept them all!!  :(

I'd like to be fishing with my Dad again - 50 years Oct, since he died.

Sounds like a fabulous itinerary @Stork. Is your knee better now?

@kmahm I had a knee Arthroscopic surgery done 3 weeks ago unfortunately my recovery is taking a long time knee is painful and swollen and I cannot walk very far
It is now been 6 weeks no walking or exercise class, possibly I can resume my exercise programme next year I have found the experience very frustrating I was committed to change my lifestyle, you can’t help bad luck.

    6 foot under.
Life no longer has any appeal for me.  With or without the big C.
Hope others have a great focus on life and wishing you all the best.

@BlackWidow I hope this feeling doesn't last, that you'll see blue sky again very soon. My heart goes out to you, I'm so sorry.

Dear @BlackWidow very tough time atm for you - just know we are all here and will help if we can,Maybe it’s time for a chat to your doctor.

Something that may help if you can manage it is a daily hourly  walk .Exercise releases hormones called endorphins which can help with depression. It’s hard to get started but I found it has helped a lot.
