I got rid of a lot of vinyl when we moved from NZ back to Aussie ..... all the best ones! (Most of the Beatles LPs, Beach Boys, and others ....) Shoulda kept them all!!

we had a great time in India except disaster struck 2 weeks from home I fell over and torn my cartilage and a ligament in my right knee painfull, consequently I did not much sight seeing no walking but I had a great view from the car0 -
@kmahm I had a knee Arthroscopic surgery done 3 weeks ago unfortunately my recovery is taking a long time knee is painful and swollen and I cannot walk very far
It is now been 6 weeks no walking or exercise class, possibly I can resume my exercise programme next year I have found the experience very frustrating I was committed to change my lifestyle, you can’t help bad luck.

Dear @BlackWidow very tough time atm for you - just know we are all here and will help if we can,Maybe it’s time for a chat to your doctor.
Something that may help if you can manage it is a daily hourly walk .Exercise releases hormones called endorphins which can help with depression.It’s hard to get started but I found it has helped a lot.
