Thanks, InkPetal! For what it's worth, I use Firefox when I'm on the online network. We know that many of our members are using mobile phones and tablets to access the website and online network so that's a high priority too.

We have a ticket with our developers about those messy drop-down menus and just today we are reviewing a round of fixes and improvements coming to the registration process and the profiles in the next couple of months.

to admin... Site is (at the moment) being hit by spam posts so assuming fake profiles created... I hope profile info integrity has not been hit / compromised...

Hi JD48, thankyou for your comment unfortunately spam is something that does occur in online spaces and I know it can be disconcerting to see spam. However please do rest assure that we do look over the network and while sometimes a spam post can slip through, this is no way means that privacy is ever compromised. If  you do see something on the network that you would like us to know about please do report the post using the report button or by contacting us - I hope this helps a little ~ jess

Does anyone know how to delete 10,000 messages? All my attempts have failed- this site is so frustrating.

Hi TonyaM. Unfortunately, there's no way to easily bulk-delete that many private messages. You can tick the checkbox next to the search box and delete everything page by page, but it's clunky.

If it's too much work, I suggest leaving them for now. We'll be rolling out a solution for this in a couple of months.
