Newbie
Hi, I'm Barbara. I started my BC journey on 7th May. I had a lumpectomy for the removal of 44mm lump with 5 satellites on 4th June and then a further anxcillery clearance on 16th June. 9 of 15 lymph nodes were cancerous. Have started the chemo journey and I will finish off December or January with Radiation therapy. I had…

Help on mepitel film
Hello lovely ladies 🙂. I was wondering if someone could give me some info about Mepitel film. My oncologist said she doesn’t usually use it and they didn’t have any, so I ordered it myself. My affected boob is now slightly smaller than the other which I know can occur as a result of rads, but it is also obviously warmer than the…

Feeling anxious about Letrazole and Radiation
I have been blessed with a very good GP, after a clear mammogram my GP referred me for an ultrasound due to a strong family history of cancer. At that ultrasound I was found to have a small tumour. I have recently had a wide local excision and sentinel node biopsy and yesterday I found out my margins were clear, stage 2…

Free Aloe Vera Leaf Cutting
Hi, Just a post that I have some aloe vera plants growing in my garden and they are quite big and thick. I used these every day after my radiation and I felt they helped. If any of you would like some, please feel free to PM me. I am in southeastern suburbs of Victoria. xx
