Stiffness under arm after lumpectomy
Hi everyone I just had lumpectomy on Tuesday. Doing quite well. Minimal bruising on breast. I need advice please - I've been given exercises to do from breast nurses but have stiffness under my arm. I can't do the exercises because it's a bit sore. Should I just push through gently? Can I give it a gentle massage?

Nervous
Newly diagnosed with invasive breast cancer mid December. Surgery delayed once already but now is tomorrow with a lymphoscintography shortly. Feeling very nervous and quite emotional today - haven’t really cried since diagnosed but today I can’t seem to stop. Is this how others have felt?

DMX or Lumpectomy
I was diagnosed in September 2023 as Hormone negative HER2 +. My first thoughts were DMX & get rid of it, surgeon said "no I needed chemo first" which caused my first & only meltdown pretty much all day if I was on my own as I wasn't in control. I finished my chemo on Thursday just gone & have surgery booked for 22nd Feb.…

What a whirlwind
Diagnosed last week with Triple Negative, picked up in my routine 2 yearly mammogram and I am heading into hospital on Friday for lump removal and sentinel node biopsy. The last 2 weeks have been like a whirlwind, both mentally and physically. I am already a cancer survivor, having been through kidney cancer 13 years ago.…
