Funny question. How do I get rid of all the sticky from the ten square dots they put on my torso to monitor me? I have tried soap and water, tea tree oil, lavender oil, coconut oil. Any other ideas. This morning my boob was stuck down to my torso.

Nail varnish remover does it but I’d be wary of using it on sensitive skin!

Olive and Bee lightly rubbed in and then work on it. Takes ages. I got one off.

There are some wipes you can get from the hospital to remove adhesive from dressings, maybe see if they have any- or try your local pharmacy. I’ll see if I have any left and take a picture for you x

Thank you @MelV83 I am having an echo tomorrow so will ask them because they will be putting more stickies on me. Failing that, I will go down and ask at Chemo Day Ward. They will just have to unstick my boob to put on the fresh dots 🤪
