Goodness isn't that the truth!
We have such a heightened awareness of self as a result of where we have been and are at!
Fatigue sets in and the feet and legs get heavy and it all becomes a bit of a chore some days just to do the everyday tasks! Burnt out!
Bone pain is mine at present and I have been offered a script to combat same but the side effects of the new medication could be stomach ulcer! Grin and bear it for now with exercise and mild anti-inflammatories!
Time out is certainly needed and will be adhered to!
