I guess it could be a generational thing - I oscillate between a book and a screen with inclement weather or after surgeries.0

I couldn't read on chemo as it made me feel ill weirdly. And I couldn't afford to go to the movies daily. So being stuck home and ill watching a series on TV was my saviour from insanity.

On Netflix Lucifer (series) Vikings (Series) Nailed it (fun cooking show)
thats about all I can recommend on Netflix, we have a TV controll hog in our house (hubby). I got interested in the first two shows because he was watching them 🤷🏼♀️0 -
Great suggestions. I watched lots of Great British Bake-off and Great Australian Bake-off. Have found The Crown on Netflix pleasant and slow. Also old episodes of Seinfeld.0

I found an hilarious series on Netflix: Derry Girls. It might only suit some and the Irish accents can be hard to understand at times but good fun.1
