So love getting woken up by a raging hot flush at 2.40am and not being able to get back to sleep again. Who knew your eyelids could sweat!!  On the upside since my fluid retention has gone and my nose hairs are growing back I no longer snore - just get to lie there and listen to hubby doing it. My 10mg melatonin tablets also appeared to have sneaked through customs - happy days!!

Me too @JenniA. I've been rocking out to 3am here for the last 3 hours! along with other Matchbox 20 and Rob Thomas songs. I've had myself a little Rob concert.

Hey @JJ70, things are going well and I’ve been keeping a photo story log over on the reconstruction pages. Like everyone it’s been baby steps, got path results yesterday, first inflation tomorrow and find out Friday about chemo.
Waiting for results is the pits and while I’ve been logging in here everyday, haven’t felt sane enough to post. My results turned out stupid crazy- 5 seperate cancer sites in right boob, 2 x IDC tumours they knew about plus 3 new DCIS sites including in nipple. My left prophylactic mastectomy also contained “prolific” amounts of precancerous growth in the ducts/lobes. 
Feeling overwhelmed by the extent of it and the good luck in choosing BMX over lumpectomy. For once my tendency to go completely over the top was the right decision. Can’t fathom that I could have been facing multiple more bouts/recurrences of bc for years to come.

Hi @Eli86. Wow! That is extensive.  It morphs doesn't it? I thought I had one 2cm tumor....turned out to be 3cm and two other tumors that my BS just happened to find during lumpectomy. I know how you feel. X

Hi @Eli86 did nothing show up on scans in relation to your left breast? Did they say why this was the case - eg dense breast tissue?

Hello 3am! What fun to see you twice in one week - and always on a work day - go figure? At least I know I’m in good company. Contemplating whether to stay in bed listening to hubby snoring or move to the couch with my book and try to get another hour sleep before my alarm goes off at 6. Have a great day everyone! Xxx
