Who else can't sleep?
Sitting here at 4:15am (CST) after trying since 2:30am to go back to sleep and finally giving up, yet again... Wondering who else is out there this morning, and most mornings at this time?

No it was not @tigerbeth! Thankfully I woke just after the chase started. Seeing the breast surgeon today and my bestie after that (finally, she's been having her own health problems) so no rest for the wicked! Problem is, I now have a very sore throat... Haven't had a single germ or virus during the whole BC episode. Looks like my luck has run out. C'est la vie! - I should be tired right? I ran 8km in the MDC on Sunday and I am hosting a Breast Cancer Care WA party for 65 female friends on Sunday...amybe I am running on adrenaline?

I had my usual disturbed sleep, being woken several times by huge hot flushes. And just for a change, one of my waking ups last night was from a bad dream where I was literally being chased by monsters >:) :o Sleep used to be enjoyable. Now it's more like torture... - 2.30am seems to be my new wake up time - I can normally get back to sleep after a while but it’s quite restless sleep.
