So good G. I'm really enjoying working my muscles again. It's a very carefully and well designed programme. Well supervised too. It was awesome to have slightly sore triceps on Wednesday! And no dizzy spell today so that was an improvement. Are you still doing yours?

Brrr! Freezing @kmakm. The cold winter is something I do not miss about Melbourne.....or Northern Antarctica as I used to call it. 

@Kiwi Angel was your day off?  I hope you treated yourself to some R&R and something beautiful.
A gorgeous sunny-blue sky day here in Perth after some very stormy and cloudy dark days, so I have just returned from a 3km walk down to the river and back. Feeling OK so far and hoping I didn't do too much. It was at a very leisurely pace...breathing in some natural beauty.
@Eastmum would love to see a piccy of you in your favourite Wrapd in Love head accessory. well done for going crazy!

@Eastmum I think all those green and earthtones will look lovely on you. Might go back and have another look myself now that it's winter. My centimetre of hair is not providing sufficient warmth for a Melbourne winter. My ears are freezing! Sitting in front of the fire here too @Sister.

Mmm, pyjamas... I'm still in my exercise gear from class. I might have an early shower and get into my pjs now. The weather app says it's 12° and Feels like 7°!

@kmakm - I went a bit crazy! I bought both a rainbow and a blue/purple turban wrap, one of their earthy coloured beanies and a forest green headband! Excited!
