Wishing all members a safe & happy Xmas and New Year ..... and an even better 2023.

Many of us have had a difficult year this year for a variety of reasons - and I, for one, will be glad to say goodbye to 2022.

Remember to be kind to yourself and to others .... everyone has things going on in the background that may be affecting their mental health as well their treatment xx

Wishing all the best to those awaiting their treatment and surgery - and good healing for those who've recently had their surgery & also best wishes to those who are continuing with their long term treatment. xx

Take care, enjoy quality time with your family & friends ....

Happy Belated Christmas to all.  We travelled by train to 'the big city' yesterday so it was a long day and the computer did not even get turned on.
People celebrate the festive season in many different ways and at various times so hoping whatever you did/do it brought/brings you much happiness and peace.
May we all have a better year ahead.
