Hope everyone is doing well.
I'm into my 7th month of fortnightly chemo....dropped the oxaliplatin 2 sessions ago as I have neuropathy in feet and fingers......my tumour markers showed a big rise before I started treatment so quite nasty..from 226 my first test last day of Nov and my first bloods just before treatment was about 1201, I'm back down to 124, petscan showed the omentum had reduced in size by half...yayyyyyyy, colon no other spread....first ct had showed spots on lungs but all seemed to have also gone...so hope that it all buggers off.....got to say first few treatments were horrid, including vertigo OMG how awful......constipation because I was told not to take anything ....ended up in ER twice....sooooooooI am just getting on with it and just taking a day at a time....
Cheers
